60 Day Money Back Guarantee & 60 Day Risk Free Guarantee

We guarantee you will be happy!  If you change your mind for any reason please follow the below returns procedure.

Conditions of our 60 Day Money Back satisfaction guarantee are as follows:

  • Please contact us within 60 calendar days of purchase for a returns number (RMA) before returning any product. The product must be in its original unused/undamaged condition.
  • All instructions/parts/bags/accessories must be received back, unopened and undamaged. (not applicable for 60 Day Risk Free Guarantee)
  • The packaging must be undamaged. (not applicable for 60 Day Risk Free Guarantee)
  • We will refund the purchase price of the item (excluding the original shipping & handling and insurance costs paid). Not applicable for 60 Day Risk Free Guarantee - we will refund the full purchase price including the shipping.
  • All returns are made at your expense. (not applicable for 60 Day Risk Free Guarantee)
  • The product must be received back within 14 calendar days of Returns Number(RMA) being issued and 60 days of purchase.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Damaged in Transit

Please contact us for a returns number (RMA) before returning any product.

Items are deemed Dead on Arrival (DOA) if they:

  • develop a fault within 21 calendar days of dispatch
  • arrived damaged
  • are missing a part on arrival from within the box

 Conditions are as follows:

  • All Dead on Arrival (DOA) and damaged in transit claims must be made within 21 calendar days of dispatch.
  • If an item returned to us is not found to be defective, the shipping for us to pickup the item from you, as well as the return shipping may be charged to you & a technician's service fee may also be charged if applicable.
  • Large items may require a service technician to assess the item on the your premises. A technician's service fee may be charged if there is no fault found.

Returns & Warranty Claims

The period of the warranty and some specific terms that apply to that product are stated in the product description. These are general terms and apply unless otherwise stated in the product description.

  • All parts and labour are covered under warranty unless otherwise stated in these terms or in the item description.
  • Warranty does not cover parts or components damaged by neglect or misuse, incorrect assembly, improper/irregular maintenance, collision/accidents, forces of nature, or accessories such as but not limited to; remote controls, pull start (if any), batteries, consumable items.
  • Products must be received back to us within 21 calendar days of Returns Number (RMA) being issued.
  • We may require the faulty item or part to be returned to us so we can examine, test and repair or replace any item deemed faulty.
  • We may require images of the defect.
  • Returns are at your expense; unless the item was deemed by us dead on arrival or damaged in transit – see Dead on Arrival for details.
  • If an item returned under warranty is not found to be defective, return shipping may be charged to you & a technician's service fee may also be charged if applicable.
  • Large items may require a service technician to assess the item on the your premises. A technician’s service fee may be charged if there is no fault found. 
  • The warranty starts from the date the item was received. The date of receipt is as determined by us.
  • All warranty/return/damaged claims are solely at our discretion however, this does not exclude any conditions or guarantees as required under Australian Consumer Law.

Non-Receipt Claims

Non-Receipt is when an item has not been received within 21 calendar days of dispatch. Contact us if you have not received your item within this time frame.

We will investigate and try to locate the item. If after 30 calendar days of dispatch, we're still unable to locate the item, we will deem it "lost in transit". In this case, if the shipping option chosen includes insurance or the item states it is sent insured, we will send a replacement item.

Non-receipt claims that been issued a Proof of Delivery (POD) from the freight carrier will not be accepted.


 

Replacement Items

If we organise a replacement for any of the above reasons, it will be the same item, if the item is not available, a model of similar specifications and value will be supplied. The item will be shipped to you at our expense.
